Sep 01, 2020

Cooperative Producers, Inc. (CPI) has announced its plans to build a new anhydrous ammonia plant along Highway 4, between Campbell and Highway 281. Construction is underway with concrete being poured and tanks being set. The project is planned to be completed in November.

The plant will feature four 30,000-gallon bulk tanks, three loading stands set up for various wagon sizes, three 3” liquid pumps, and dual receiving hook ups. Sitting on 7 acres, the site provides room for further expansion in the future.

“The new ammonia plant will increase our speed and space in the area along with provide an updated, safer facility for the surrounding communities,” said Laremy Seelow, Vice President of Agronomy at Cooperative Producers, Inc. “We look forward to using this facility for years to come.” Further details will be available as the projects progress.
