CPI Names Vice President of Agronomy

[HASTINGS, NE May 17, 2021] — Cooperative Producers, Inc. (CPI) has announced that Paul Konrad has been hired as Vice President of Agronomy effective May 24, 2021.

Paul has 29 years of agricultural experience at all levels of agribusiness.  He has worked for regional and local cooperatives as well as in ag-technology and business development roles.  Paul’s latest roles have been in Iowa for Landus Cooperative and Farmers’ Cooperative Elevator Company of Arcadia.

“Paul’s experience running large agronomy divisions and his knowledge of technology and infrastructure are what CPI needs to be successful in today’s agronomy market.  The leadership of CPI is very excited to have Paul join our team and bring his analysis and expertise,” stated Gary Brandt, CEO.

Paul has a dairy, corn and soybean farming family background and attended the University of Wyoming.  He and his spouse Tracy are relocating to Hastings, Nebraska.
