CPI Donation Request

CPI is proud to support the communities we serve by contributing to local organizations, programs, events, and initiatives. We receive many donation requests throughout the year and evaluate each request based on our Donation Guidelines, available budget, and its connection to the communities we serve.

Please submit your request at least three weeks before your event or the date the donation is needed. This allows adequate time for CPI to review your request, make a decision, and, if approved, process and mail a donation check when applicable.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or funding.

Important: A complete W-9 is required with every donation request. Requests submitted without a W-9 will not be considered.
